Where we come from

IngenX AI was founded on more than a decade of delivering cloud contact center and conversational AI programs for insurers, reinsurers and financial institutions — leading architecture and delivery across India, the Gulf and global programs on Amazon Connect, Lex and Bedrock.

How we work
